A 5.000m² farm that including 5 wooden agritourism residences and have great potential for a rebranding and an active permit for an additional 110m², an old train wagon as the main sitting area and a whole green outdoor for many activities like 5x5 soccer, basketball and volleyball grounds, kids playground, ping pong, trampoline and barbeque.
